DVD #1 has 6 chapters, including an introduction to Family Team Care (FTC), a short patient interview, expected results in transitioning to FTC and the 11 steps in the transition process from traditional care to FTC. DVD #2 presents 4 general rules of history taking and a detailed breakdown of history taking dividing it into 5 segments. Also on DVD #2 there is a full patient interview by an assistant, a session with Dr. Anderson and a MA, and comments by RNs.
